参数	描述
res	指定PGresult类型的对象。
attDescs	参数描述信息数组，个数由numAttributes指定，用于被复制到结果中。
numAttributes	参数个数。

提供的attDescs被复制到结果中。如果attDescs指针为NULL或numAttributes小于1，那么请求将被忽略并且函数成功。如果res已经包含属性，那么函数会失败。如果函数失败，返回值是 0。如果函数成功，返回值是非 0。
